Can Floofs Grooming Gloves be used on cats?

Absolutely! They can be used on any furry friend. 

Are the gloves reusable?

Absolutely! You can reuse them for YEARS to come!

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with EXPRESS Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home. We only ship to addresses within Australia. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from Geelong West, VIC 3218. They reach most parts of Australia within 1-3 working days.

How do I track my delivery?

REFUNDS/RETURNS

What do I do if I enter the wrong address? 

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received a tracking number yet, we can easily change your address.  

If you have received your tracking number, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. Orders can not be refunded once the initial tracking number has been received.

Can I get a refund?

We do not accept returns. If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal. 

If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
